Job Type: Part-Time (3 Days/Week, 30-40 Hours)

Are you ready to join a tight-knit team making a difference in New Hampshire’s stunning landscapes? We are seeking a skilled Tree Crew Support Specialist to power our operations. Based out of Orford, NH, we work across the breathtaking Lakes Region and the Upper Valley of NH and VT, transforming properties with precision and care. If you’ve got a CDL, tractor know-how, and a strong work ethic, this is your chance to thrive in the great outdoors!

What You’ll Do:

• Drive the Bucket Truck: Safely transport our crew and equipment to job sites (don’t worry, you won’t operate the lift—our expert handles that).

• Support the Team: Be the backbone of our tree-cutting crew, assisting with logistics and groundwork for hazard tree removals and view-enhancing lot clearing.

• Master the Tractor: Operate our John Deere 4044 Tractor like a pro to move debris and prep sites with efficiency.

• Work Hard, Win Big: Tackle long, rewarding days (30-40 hours across 3 days/week) in some of the most beautiful corners of New Hampshire and Vermont.

What You Bring:​

 

• CDL B or A Required: You’ve got the license to drive our bucket truck and handle the haul.

• John Deere 4044 Proficiency: You know your way around this machine—front to back, no hesitation.

• Grit & Reliability: Long hours don’t scare you; you’re ready to put in the effort and show up when it counts.

• Team Spirit: You’re here to support our expert tree removal specialist and keep the crew rolling smoothly.
